A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of deposit.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the property of ValueLens Photography. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
